AFFILIATIONS
Seth L. Goldner is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan, is admitted to practice in Federal Court, is a current board member of The Michigan Creditors Bar Association and its Best Practices Committee as well as a Past-President (2002-2005). Mr. Goldner maintains membership in multiple sections of the State Bar of Michigan including the Business, Consumer, and Marijuana sections and is a member of the Business Section’s Debtor and Creditor Rights Committee. Mr. Goldner has also been appointed as Special Counsel to the Office of Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
